The Garuda Express, a leading courier company, is seeking experienced and responsible Home Delivery Bike Riders to join our team in Kathmandu Valley. As a delivery rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our valued customers. You will be responsible for safe driving, route planning, and providing excellent customer service during each delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers across Kathmandu Valley.
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
• Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Communicate with the dispatch team for updates on delivery tasks and routes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and package details.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries during deliveries.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
• Report any issues or incidents encountered during deliveries to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid bike/scooter driving license.
• Must own a personal bike/scooter suitable for daily deliveries.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery or courier services.
• Strong knowledge of the Kathmandu Valley roads and areas.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deliveries in a day.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Basic smartphone knowledge to use GPS and delivery tracking apps.
